Ingredients

15 Strawberries (fresh or frozen)

125ml Full Cream Milk

180ml Condensed Milk

375ml Whipping cream (heavy cream)

Step 1

In a blender place 14 strawberries and add the full cream milk. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

Pour the mix into a bowl and add the condensed milk and whipping cream. Stir for 10 seconds.

Step 3

Evenly slice the remaining strawberry. Place a slice of strawberry in each pocket of the popsicle mold. Pour the strawberry and cream mixture into the mold and leave to freeze for 6-8 hours.

This recipe will make 10 popsicles.
