Strawberry Prosecco Slushie is arguably one of the best frozen cocktails you’ll every have. This must-try red cocktail comes to life with just a few ingredients and pow! It’s made up of Prosecco, frozen strawberries, orange juice, and honey. You can whip this up in no time as it’s so easy to make. Here’s how. 

Ingredients 

8 Frozen Strawberries 

150ml Prosecco

15ml Orange Juice

5ml Honey

2 orange slices to garnish 

 

In a blender, pour in the Prosecco then add the other ingredients; frozen strawberries, orange juice and honey. Blend till smooth. To ensure there are no large chunks of fruit, stir with a large spoon and pulse again. Here’s a tip; if your slushie is too thin, add more frozen fruit. If it’s too stiff, add a little more liquid. Garnish with orange slices.
